John Talio founded this firm after more than two decades of leading enterprise technology transformations across financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, and professional services. He saw a consistent pattern: organizations would invest millions in Workday, ERP, and digital transformation initiatives, only to find that the technology alone wasn’t enough.
The missing ingredient was almost always the same: an independent advisor who understood both the technology and the business, who could challenge vendor assumptions, align stakeholders, and ensure the investment delivered practical value.
