Effective Program Management

Led a skilled 9-person project team, ensuring effective program management and driving the project to completion 30% below the original budget.

Post Go-Live Support Model

Defined and implemented a tailored Post Go-Live Support model to ensure BDO's teams could smoothly transition and maintain operational efficiency following the go-live.
