Strategic Vision and Process Definition

Collaborated with D+ H to define HR ERP strategic vision, including process definition and functional requirements documentation to align with organizational objectives.

RFI & RFP Management

Managed the Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, evaluating vendors and selecting the best-fit solution for D+ H's needs.

Multi-Phase Workday Implementation

Led a multi-phase, full-suite Workday HR implementation with a budget of $3 million, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across diverse geographical locations.

Effective Program Management

Oversaw a dedicated 7-person project team, providing comprehensive program management to meet project milestones and deliverables.

Post Go-Live Support Model

Defined and implemented a structured Post Go-Live Support model, facilitating smooth transition and ongoing operational support post-implementation.
