Interac, a globally renowned Canadian-based financial services and technology company with 350 employees, entrusted us as their Client Advocate and Project Manager for their Workday implementation. Despite challenges posed by COVID-19, we successfully executed the initiative almost entirely virtually.

On-Time, Under-Budget Completion

We completed the project on schedule and under budget, leveraging a "part-time" project team composed of dedicated individuals.

Comprehensive Phase 1 Implementation

Phase 1 included Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits Administration, Performance and Talent Management, Net Payroll, 12 integrations, and numerous reports and dashboards.

Expansion with Phase 2

Phase 2 extended functionalities to include Recruitment and Learning Management, enhancing Interac's HR capabilities.

 

Continued Support and Optimization

Beyond go-live, we continue to provide post-launch configuration and technical support to ensure seamless operations and ongoing client satisfaction.
