John is a client side result-driven professional with a proven track record of success in Strategic Consulting, Program Management, Organizational Change Management and Human Capital Management ERP Solution Selection, Design and Implementation for various applications.
He is currently dedicated to achieving strategic success for his customers implementing Workday HR, Finance and Professional Service Automation solutions across a wide variety of industries for his North American and International clients.
John began his career helping organizations achieve Business Transformation through people by creating and implementing their Human Resources Department vision. The last 25 years has been focused on leveraging his extensive Project Management Consulting experience in the successful delivery of various ERP applications. John’s largest engagement accountability consisted of $100 million program with a project team of over 200 individuals, while he provides as much focus and dedication to clients with a population of 350 employees and implementation budgets of less than $1 million.
