Functional/Technical Consultants
Are you able to speak to HR and Finance customers in process terms that they understand?
Do you think of yourself as a configuration expert?
Can you have a tract record of delivering creative viable solutions to your clients?
Are you able to convey truth to customers in power?
Have you successfully implemented at least 2 end to end Workday implementations in your area of expertise?
If you said yes to all these questions we are looking to speak with you!
Needed Skill Sets:
HR, Absence, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Finance, Integration, Security and Reporting
Project Management
Do you believe that project management is more than just checking things off a list?
Do you have a history of exceptional project delivery?
Does managing project scope and budget come naturally to you?
Is project management an “Art” or a “Science” in your mind?
Are you able to convey truth to leadership regardless of the situation?
Have you successfully implemented at least 3 end to end ERP implementations (preferably Workday)?
