John has been brought in to lead a time of multiple providers and a complex project with technology that has not been put to such rigor before. John raised to the occasion and took leadership role to leverage the strengths of each team member and create one team with one objective to create a unique design and successful implementation.

I engaged John and his team to help us complete a Workday implementation at LifeWorks. John quickly identified some critical areas where we were challenged in the project and put additional effort into solving those issues first. I was especially pleased with John's ability to interact with all levels of the organization and with our implementation partners to get things done.

I had the pleasure of working with John the last couple of years as he was a Strategic Project Director for a global consulting firm who was implementing Workday. John is a very strategic thinker, a driver who ensures critical milestones are achieved while his clients experience is nothing but excellent. He is an excellent communicator and a stellar people leader.

John is the ideal Program Manager. I had the fortune to work with John for an end-to-end HRIS implementation for a FinTech company with a global footprint. John made this daunting task easy and the project came in on time and on budget. John’s counsel and judgment calls throughout the process have been balanced and enabled success for all key stakeholders.

John (JT as he is known as) is one of the best people I have met in my career. JT is the strongest mix of solution architect, business strategist and roll up your sleeves in the weeds functional execution leaders I have ever come across and had the pleasure to work with. He was the PM and solution architect in a multi-year, multi-million Workday deployment I was leading. He is the clients advocate - he has your back, period!

I hired John to program manage our Workday HR, Payroll and Finance implementation. With his product knowledge and leadership we navigated a complex project, made transformational change and hit an aggressive budget and schedule.

I had the pleasure of working with John over this past year to implement Workday at Interac Corp. We initially reached out to John, after many high recommendations and also previous work experience, for our exciting venture into the world of HRMS! We were looking for an experienced implementer and project manager to help us navigate this new world.

John was an excellent addition to our BDO team to manage our Workday Finance and HR implementation. He led our team through the design and implementation leveraging his strong understanding of the software and his process experience - delivering on time and under budget.

John and I worked side by side delivering HCM transformation programs for some of our largest customers. John's leadership was essential in designing delivery programs and communicating a path to success for our customers from the onset of the sales cycle all the way through to operational support.
