Workday HCM Consultant

 As a Workday HCM Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to implement and configure Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. You will be responsible for gathering client requirements, configuring the Workday HCM platform, and ensuring the successful delivery of Workday modules such as Core HCM, Talent, Recruiting, and Learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Workday HCM implementations, including gathering business requirements, designing solutions, and configuration.

• Partner with clients to align Workday solutions to their business needs and processes.

• Support full-cycle implementation efforts, including workshops, testing, and go-live support.

• Provide ongoing support and expertise for Workday HCM post-implementation.

• Troubleshoot system issues and identify solutions to enhance the system's performance.

• Provide training to client teams to ensure adoption and utilization of Workday HCM functionalities.

Qualifications

• Workday HCM certification (required).

• 3+ years of experience with Workday HCM implementations.

• Strong knowledge of Workday Core HCM, Talent, Recruiting, and Learning modules.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interface with clients at all levels.

• Proven ability to manage projects and deliver on time and on budget.
