Workday Financials Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Workday Financials Analyst to support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of Workday Financials for our clients. You will be a key player in designing workflows, configuring modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Financial Reporting, and providing continuous support post-deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure Workday Financial modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Expense Management.

  • Translate business requirements into functional and system design within the Workday Financials framework.

  • Provide expertise on Workday Financial Reporting, budgeting, and planning functionalities.

  • Conduct financial data mapping and data migration from legacy systems to Workday.

  • Work closely with client finance teams to develop and implement Workday Financials best practices.

  • Troubleshoot issues, resolve configuration challenges, and continuously optimize financial processes in Workday.

Qualifications

  • Workday Financials certification (required).

  • 2+ years of Workday Financials experience, with a strong understanding of financial workflows.

  • Background in finance or accounting, with hands-on experience in financial reporting.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with data conversion and integrations related to financial systems.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with advanced Workday Financial Reporting tools and analytics.

  • Familiarity with other Workday modules like Procurement or Inventory is a plus.
