As a Workday Payroll Implementation Lead, you will be responsible for leading the deployment of Workday Payroll for clients across various industries. You will collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll processing and compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Workday Payroll implementations from planning through go-live and post-implementation support.

  • Gather payroll business requirements and configure Workday Payroll to meet specific client needs.

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations during implementation.

  • Test payroll processes, integrations, and reporting to ensure accuracy.

  • Provide expert guidance to clients on payroll best practices and Workday functionality.

  • Assist with payroll data conversion and migration from legacy systems to Workday.

Qualifications
  • Workday Payroll certification (required).

  • 4+ years of experience implementing Workday Payroll solutions.

  • In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, tax compliance, and reporting requirements.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with experience troubleshooting payroll issues.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, with a focus on client satisfaction.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience with global payroll solutions.

  • Familiarity with Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management.
